After 18 years of rigorous ballet, I had a low back injury, Pilates was my answer. I quickly discovered the unique difference of Pilates. In every exercise it provided functional mobility, alignment and corrected poor movement patterns I had developed.

Now, 13 years later of learning & teaching Pilates, I am passionate about helping others find how moving from the center will make everything else you do in life better.

In 2008 the journey began with Peak Pilates and have since then evolved my training into a Classical Pilates Method. Classical, meaning, I teach the blue-print or the original work of Joseph Pilates. I continue to invest time, and education from second generation teachers including Jay Grimes, Karen Frischmann and Shelley Zosky.

I teach private and group classes, my clientele ranges in men and women ages 15 to 85, I work with athletes, individuals in recovery, women in pre and post labor and or those who are looking for a vigorous workout.
